FRANCIS KUDAYAH – Chairman
Francis has a first degree in Sociology and Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is a multi-skilled consultant in the areas of Human Resources and Organizational Development Consulting and functions as the Managing Partner of Michael Stevens consulting.
He’s had extensive exposure in the development of strategic management and planning systems. His management consulting experience was acquired in the employment of E & W Consultants Limited (The Nigerian Partnership of Ernst & Whinney, now Ernst & Young International), where he had responsibilities for the development and Management of the Human Resources and Organizational Development Consulting Division. He was also exposed to financial analysis, economic and specialized studies consulting in the firm.
Prior to his Ernst and Young appointment, he was Human Resources with Berec Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of the Ever-Ready Group. He had also functioned as the Head of Personnel and Administration and Head of Research and Corporate Planning in a major Nigerian Bank.

DR. IYABO O. KUDAYAH– Director
A consultant Pediatrician with thirty years medical practice experience. She is a joint founder and currently, Chief Medical Director of Lifeline Children Hospital (The pioneer and leading solely pediatrics practice in Nigeria)

Miss J.J. KUDAYAH –Director
Miss J.J. Kudayah is an ambitious and passionate young lady with a vision to pursue her Law education to highest level possible. She is currently a Law graduate. She has presently completed her post graduate degree in Law (LLM) from the University of Manchester.

 

OUR MANAGEMENT

OBIEFUNA S. EZEOKE – General Manager
Obiefuna S. Ezeoke is an ex-GE (Energy) veteran with about 18 years in the Nigerian power industry. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and also a registered member of COREN.
Obiefuna started his career with the then Nigerian Electric Power Authority as a trainee engineerfrom 1982 – 1990 from where he moved to Botad General ltd, a consulting agent for General Electric from 1990 – 2001. He joined General Electric in 2006 and served in various capacities in operations, sales and leadership positions before leaving General electric in 2013 as Sales Manager.
Obiefuna is currently the pioneer General Manager for AETI Power Systems and Controls Limited.

ADESHINA BANIRE – Head, Operations & Projects.
Adeshina is a graduate of Electrical Power Engineering.
He is also a graduate of Electromechanical engineering from the Institute for Industrial Technology (IIT).A multi-skilled training institution and a sister institution to Lagos Business School/Pan African University.
He also has a degree in Information technology from the American Intercontinental University.
And a Technician Diploma from the City & Guilds of London Institute.
Adeshina is a certified Automation Engineer from SIEMENS training Institute (SITRAN). He is a Multi-skilled Engineer with experience in different field of engineering.
Adeshina started his Career as an Electrical Power technician in Nigerite Limited, Oba Akran, Ikeja, where he worked at the power house for 2years.
He moved on to a Telecoms Support unit of Airtel cards limited and for 6years he worked as an Electrical/Automation Engineer. After which he went for Project management Certification. PMP
He worked as a Project Engineer in AETI Nigeria for 2years, where he functioned in many capacities like; Sales Engineer, Facilitating Instrumentation and Process control, Programmes Co-ordination and Project execution.
Mr. Adeshina is currently the Pioneer Head, Operations & Projects at AETI Power systems and Controls Limited.

FAJOLU OLANIYI SAMUEL – Manager, Training and Development
Fajolu Olaniyi Samuel holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Auchi Polytechnic. He is a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
Olaniyi started his career withGlobal Soap and Ind. Ltd as a Sales Assistant in 1998. He moved on to Nigerian Electric Power Authority in 2002 as a Fault clearing officer. He moved on to House of Power as a Trainee Engineer in 2003. He moved on from there to Nigerian Society of Engineer (Mechanical Division) as an Administration Officer responsible for coordinating courses for NSE.
He joined Helbon Associates Limited in 2004 as a Training manager (technical/management training) where he was responsible for workshop organization, planning and delivery in Nigeria and Overseas before exiting in 2014.
He is currently the pioneer Manager, Training and Development at AETI Power Systems and Controls.
